Which tribe is richest in Nigeria? Just curious, I learned about the three major ones – Igbo, Yoruba and Hausa. which one of the many Nigerian tribes do you consider the wealthiest. Thanks for your feedback

One thing we know for sure is that they have a considerable grip on commerce, the backbone of the nation’s wealth.
However, I think this question is relative.
The answer you get is depended on the viewer’s point of reference.
1) The Richest man in Africa is still Dangote – Hausa Tribe
2) The second richest man is Mike Adenuga – the Yoruba tribe.
3) Number 3 would be Abdul Samad Rabiu – Hausa Tribe
You don’t find an Igbo man in the list above, in fact, they are nowhere among the first ten richest Nigerians.
Nevertheless, an Igbo man is richer than men from other tribes (on the average). This is due to their zebraic method of business where every man is helping everyone.
The Igbo tribe is considered the richest tribe in Nigeria because they seems to have a more dominant work ethic than any other tribe in Nigeria. The Igbos are known for trade and commerce. They are business people and if you actually live in Nigeria, before long you will know they are the richest tribe in Nigeria.

I would say that the richest tribe in Nigeria is definitely the Igbo tribe because they are very industrious and have been able to fully conquer the business world. There are lots of Igbo rich folks all over the world.
On the average Igbo people are the richest in Nigeria because they are hardworking and versatile when it comes to business. But if the comparison is done individually then Hausa people are the richest since Dangote is still the richest man in Africa – He is Hausa.
I think the three famous tribes in Nigeria(which are the Hausa, Yoruba’s and Igbo) are the richest tribes in Nigeria especially the Hausas and Yoruba’s because some high personalities are from those tribes e.g the richest man who is Aliko Dangote and a number of them like his uncle Dantata etc.
Among all the three major tribes in Nigeria the wealthiest and the richest tribe are the Yorubas. They are known for their expensive lifestyle, wonderful houses, and great sense of fashion.
Some people may think otherwise, they think the Hausas are the richest because of Dangote (African richest man) being from the north (Hausa) but I disagree with this notion reason being that on proper analysis, the yorubas produce more wealthy men than any other tribe in Nigeria.
Therefore, the Yoruba Tribe is richest in Nigeria.
On the average Igbo people are the richest in Nigeria because they are hardworking and versatile when it comes to trade and commerce. But if the comparison is done individually then Hausa people are the richest at the moment.
Alhaji Aliko Dangote is Hausa and still the richest man in Nigeria as well as number 100 in the world.
